Collection: Return & Refund Policy

To ensure excellent service and protect both our customers and our brand, BEHRENS has established the following return/refund guidelines.

 

Damage or Order Issues

Every BEHRENS timepiece undergoes a thorough quality inspection prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards. While we have never encountered return or refund issues to date, we kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. 

If your watch is defective, damaged during transit, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. For quality-related issues, notification must be made within seven (14) days of receipt so we can assess and resolve the issue efficiently.

 

Returns

Returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality are not accepted.

For approved quality-related return requests, please contact us at:

with a valid explanation. Once approved, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Packaged exactly as received

Please note: We cannot accept returns sent back to us without prior approval.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed via PayPal or another agreed payment method.

Please allow sufficient time for the refund to be completed and reflected in your account.
